These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jliss platform and all services provided under jliss.club. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before playing.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and jliss ("we," "us," "our," "jliss"), the operator of the online casino and gaming platform accessible at jliss.club (the "Platform"). To be eligible to register and use the jliss Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
jliss reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all pending winnings will be forfeited, and funds handled in accordance with PAGCOR protocols.
Each User may register only one (1) Account on the jliss Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information, including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify jliss promptly of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting support.
jliss reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jliss Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or third-party betting services.
jliss strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You are required to notify jliss immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jliss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
jliss employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and maintains login activity monitoring to detect suspicious access patterns. However, no security system is impenetrable, and jliss does not warrant that the Platform is free from unauthorized access attempts by third parties.
All financial transactions on the jliss Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). jliss supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. jliss reserves the right to modify the available payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jliss Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jliss reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification.
jliss does not impose hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jliss bears no responsibility.
All games offered on the jliss Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, virtual sports, and sports betting markets — are subject to individual game rules made available within the Platform interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Slot game outcomes and all non-live casino results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jliss Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of jliss. jliss grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
jliss does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. jliss will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
In all cases, jliss's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their jliss Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jliss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account closure for reasons attributable to the User's breach of these Terms, jliss reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances in excess of any amount subject to forfeiture will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC and anti-money laundering checks.
In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, payment, or any other aspect of the jliss Platform, you must first contact jliss Customer Support via the live chat facility within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes not raised within this timeframe will not be considered.
jliss will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within 5 business days of receipt of a formal dispute notification. During any ongoing investigation, jliss may temporarily restrict access to the funds or game session that is the subject of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jliss's internal support process, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. jliss cooperates fully with PAGCOR and other applicable regulatory bodies in the resolution of player complaints and disputes.
jliss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory directive, or to address a security concern.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the version stamp at the top of this document. Your continued use of the jliss Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
